Rosemary Nidiry joined WPA’s Board in 2016. She has extensive experience in law enforcement and the criminal justice system, including work as a federal prosecutor in Manhattan, on national security and counter-terrorism matters both in the United States and abroad, and on criminal justice reform issues at a foundation. She is currently the Deputy Director of Fair and Just Prosecution. Her legal experience also includes serving as an Attorney Advisor in the Justice Department’s Office of Legal Counsel and as a consultant for NYU Law School's Policing Project, as well as clerking for Judge Carlos F. Lucero of the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and Robert P. Patterson of the United States District Court of the Southern District of New York. She earned her J.D. from Columbia Law School and her B.A. from Princeton University.
