Prior to earning her master’s, Diana spent three years as Assistant Director of Admissions at Siena College in Loudonville, New York where she had previously received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English.  Additionally, Diana has worked in corporate social responsibility for Capital One Bank and for the Harlem Educational Activities Fund where she created its inaugural Junior Board of Directors and managed its alumni network and corporate partnerships.

Currently the Director of Communications at the Women's Prison Association (WPA), Diana enjoys sharing the organization's innovative work with the world and promoting thoughtful conversation around criminal justice reform.  At work, she can be found beaming proudly at WPA's group of young professional donors (the Emerging Philanthropists), creating new programs like the Women's Leadership & Media Project, or working alongside the cast of Orange is the New Black to raise awareness of women’s and criminal justice issues.

"WPA programs address each client’s individual needs and strengths, working with each woman as a whole person."
