Tai Dixon, Chief of Staff 

Tai joined the WPA team in 2012.  As Chief of Staff, she is involved in many aspects of the organization’s human resource management efforts including recruitment and employee onboarding, benefits administration, payroll, employee counseling and conflict resolution.  Tai also plays a role in staff training and development.  In August 2015, she was trained by the University of Cincinnati and the National Institute of Corrections a trainer of the Women’s Risk and Needs Assessment, an evidence-based, gender-specific assessment tool used to determine the likelihood of criminal justice involvement and recidivism for adult women offenders.  Tai holds a BA in Urban Studies and Political Science from Barnard College.  She is an active member of HR PANO and the Society for Human Resource Management and is currently pursuing a SHRM-CP certification.
