Wendy Eberhardt, Managing Director of Program Funding & Technology

Wendy Eberhardt has sixteen years of experience in education, academia, and non-profit administration. As Managing Director of Program Funding & Technology, Ms. Eberhardt oversees management of the agency’s City, State, and Federal government contracts and the agency’s client data system. She works closely with WPA’s program staff to lead quality assurance and improvement efforts with existing programs while seeking new funding to expand and enhance the agency’s services for women with criminal justice involvement. Before joining WPA’s development department in 2006, Ms. Eberhardt worked in the University of Pittsburgh Library System and spent a year teaching English in a German grammar school. She holds a Master’s from the New School’s Graduate Program in International Affairs and a dual BA in Philosophy and the History and Philosophy of Science from the University of Pittsburgh.
