Kristina Segura

Kristina Segura is the Director of Employee Relations in the Human Resources (HR) department. She serves as the primary resource for workplace concerns, performance matters, and employee relations across all departments. In close partnership with WPA supervisors, Kristina provides guidance, structure, and support to help maintain a fair, accountable, and high-performing work environment.

Kristina also supports key HR functions, including benefits, recruiting, and training. Through her leadership and implementation of WPA’s long-term workforce strategy, she strengthens organizational effectiveness, reinforces leadership capacity, and advances WPA’s mission through its people.

Kristina is a dedicated HR professional with a strong track record of shaping healthy workplace cultures by centering people, accountability, and trust. Her work reflects a deep commitment to employee advocacy and organizational integrity.
