Tiffany Hallett is the Director of Property Management and Operations at the Women’s Prison Association, where she leads the oversight of residential facilities to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient environments for women and families. With over 15 years of experience in nonprofit housing and shelter operations, Tiffany specializes in property management, facilities oversight, regulatory compliance, and staff leadership within high-demand, 24-hour residential settings.
In her role, Tiffany manages all aspects of property operations, including maintenance, safety and security, vendor coordination, and staff supervision. She works closely with city and state agencies such as the Department of Homeless Services (DHS), FDNY,OTDA, DOB and HPD to ensure full compliance with regulatory standards and successful inspection outcomes. She is also responsible for strengthening operational systems, improving efficiency, and maintaining high-quality living environments that support the well-being of residents and staff.
Tiffany’s career at WPA spans multiple leadership roles, including Program Director and Director of facilities, where she built a strong foundation in team development, crisis management, and shelter operations. Her progression reflects a deep commitment to operational excellence and mission-driven work.
