Ellen Rosenberg, Program Director, WPA Law Project

Ellen Rosenberg serves as Program Director of the WPA Law Project.  She has over twenty years of experience practicing family law, primarily in the areas of domestic violence, child abuse and neglect, child custody and visitation. Her current practice also includes legal advocacy related to overcoming the collateral consequences of criminal justice involvement in areas including housing, employment and education.  She holds a master’s degree in social work from New York University and a law degree from the City University of New York, School of Law. She serves as Family Law Consultant to Volunteers of Legal Service, Incarcerated Mothers Law Project. She was previously a clinical instructor at Brooklyn Law School and an adjunct instructor at Fordham University Graduate School of Social Service.
