Miriam Goodman, Program Director, Alternatives to Incarceration 

Miriam Goodman is the Program Director of WPA's alternative to incarceration program, JusticeHome.  Miriam was formerly the Assistant Director of Anti-trafficking and Trauma Initiatives at the Center for Court Innovation where she provided training to judges, lawyers, and clinicians on trauma and working with trafficking survivors.  Miriam also provided oversight and supervision of staff providing alternative-to-jail programming in the Human Trafficking Intervention Courts.  Miriam’s focus is in trauma work and she has trained extensively in evidence-based practices for working with trauma survivors.  She received her B.A. in Sociology from Dickinson College and her M.S.W. from the Silver School of Social Work at New York University.
