
Karolina Nanowski
Karolina joined the WPA Associate Board in 2020, inspired by her family’s involvement with the Innocence Project and her desire to support women affected by the criminal legal system.
Karolina has over 13 years of experience in the advertising industry, leading cross-functional teams and partnering with C-level executives. She began her career in 2012 in Melbourne, Australia, where she managed award-winning ad campaigns for ANZ Bank across the Asia Pacific region. After relocating to New York City in 2015, Karolina joined TBWA, leading global and U.S. campaigns for Nissan and collaborating with talent such as Usain Bolt and Margot Robbie.
Karolina is currently a Senior Account Director at Good Apple, a media buying and planning agency. She oversees several healthcare clients across a variety of therapeutic areas.
In addition to her client work, Karolina mentors local youth through Bigs & Littles NYC via Good Apple’s World of Work program, guiding students through career planning, college applications, and life’s everyday challenges.
In her free time, Karolina is an avid fitness enthusiast who enjoys workout classes, snowboarding, and hiking with her husband, Zach, and their Australian Shepherd, Yogi.
She holds a BA in Developmental Economics, with a minor in Marketing and French, from McGill University.
