Delbie Calix is the Director of the Survivor’s Advocacy Program and JusticeHome, the Women’s Prison Association’s alternative-to-incarceration program. With over a decade of experience, she has dedicated her career to advancing safety, healing, and self-determination for Black and Brown communities affected by the criminal legal system.

In her role, Delbie oversees program operations and provides both strategic direction and hands-on support to staff delivering trauma-informed care and comprehensive services. These services support women facing criminal charges in New York City, as well as individuals at the Rose M. Singer Center on Rikers Island and in the community.
