Lisa holds a Master of Science in Psychology and Counseling Services. During her graduate studies, she interned at HAWC (Help for Abused Women and their Children), a Massachusetts nonprofit serving women and families impacted by violence and systemic injustice—an experience that continues to inform her work and advocacy.

She was a member of CHIEF, the largest executive network of women leaders, where she collaborates with peers to drive systemic change, share best practices, and elevate the voices of women in leadership.
