Kimberly Grande serves as the Human Resources Operations Director at the Women’s Prison Association, where she leads HR operations that strengthen the employee experience and enable staff to effectively support women and families impacted by incarceration through clear structure, consistency, and operational excellence. In this position, she oversees key areas including HR systems, compliance, and operational processes, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and day-to-day workforce needs. She plays a key role in improving workflows and driving efficiency across HR operations.

At WPA, Kimberly strengthens HR infrastructure by designing, maintaining, and enhancing systems such as the HRIS, ATS, and learning platforms, while coordinating onboarding, offboarding, and system-related functions. She also compiles and analyzes data related to employee engagement and compensation, translating insights into actionable improvements. Her work centers on turning HR strategy into consistent execution and strengthening operational effectiveness through data-informed decision-making. Kimberly leads HR projects and cross-functional initiatives that advance key organizational priorities.

With 15 years of experience in human resources, Kimberly has built her career in the nonprofit sector, developing expertise across HR operations, organizational support, and workforce strategy. She is known for her detail-oriented approach, strong cross-functional collaboration, and ability to implement solutions that enhance processes and improve the overall employee experience.
